A Day at RockBridge
What does your day look like in residential treatment?
At RockBridge Treatment and Recovery, each day is thoughtfully structured to provide a balanced mix of therapeutic activities, personal time, and communal interactions, all designed to support clients in their recovery journey. Clinical services include group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and educational lectures, all aimed at helping clients explore the underlying factors of their addiction.
Importantly, the schedule incorporates time for personal reflection, prayer, physical activity, and participation in 12-step meetings. These activities are carefully integrated into the routine to promote self-care, accountability, and personal growth.
The program’s individualized approach ensures that no two schedules are exactly alike. This personalized structure is designed to help clients develop healthy, consistent routines that they can carry forward into their lives after treatment, fostering long-term recovery and well-being.
While specific hourly schedules can vary depending on the individual treatment plan and the level of care, here is a general outline:
Mornings
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Group therapy sessions, educational lectures, and possibly one-on-one counseling. These sessions often cover topics related to addiction, coping strategies, and personal growth.

Afternoon Activities
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Continuation of therapeutic activities, including more group therapy, specialized workshops, and perhaps physical activities like hiking, pickle ball or exercise. Clients may also have homework assignments or personal time for reflection during this period.
Evening Routine
