Payment & Insurance
What insurances do you accept?
Our treatment center is in-network with the majority of health insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, Medica/United Health Care, Preferred One/Aetna, and Veterans Affairs.
General Questions
Are tobacco products or vapes allowed?
Yes, we allow vapes and cigarettes in designated outdoor areas; must come new in packaging and unopened.
How many people are in each room?
Most rooms have up to two people. Private rooms may be an option, based on availability and cost.
Do you provide transportation on the day of my intake to RockBridge?
We may be able to provide transportation, depending on availability. Please call us to discuss options at 844-815-7625.
Do you allow cell phones?
Cell phone use is permitted outside of programming times, provided that client confidentiality is upheld during phone use.
Will I have access to technology?
You can bring your own laptop, cell phone, e-reader, mp3 player, etc. to use during times that don’t conflict with programming.
Can I work?
Yes, we support remote work activities as long as it does not interfere with treatment goals and required programming.
Is there secure storage available?
Each room comes equipped with a 0.7 Cubic Ft. safe that can store your personal belongings including a laptop. Dimensions are 16.93″ W x 14.57″ D x 7.09″ H.
What literature and materials am I allowed to bring with me?
Feel free to bring literature and materials that you want, being mindful of the topic and content.
Is programming co-ed?
Co-ed and gender specific programming is available.
Is lodging co-ed?
Lodging is gender specific.
Do you allow medication assisted treatment (MAT)?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis.
Am I allowed to have visitors?
Yes, during the following scheduled visitation times: Wednesdays 6pm-8pm; Saturdays 2:30pm-4:30pm.
Am I allowed to receive packages?
Yes, you can receive packages. In addition, you can order from Amazon Prime, Instacart delivery, Walmart, Target, DoorDash, GrubHub and more, as needed.
What should I do if I have an emergency?
We do not provide crisis services. For crisis response please contact:
